In the period 2005 – 2008 we carried out for the account of METRO THESSALONIKI Joint Venture, structural inspections at all the buildings and structures along the Metro alignment over a total 9.2 km (Dilapidation Survey).
Finally, we have conducted pre-risk inspections at a number of production plants and commercial premises, including many of the largest industrial facilities in the country, e.g. steelworks, oil refineries, sugar refineries, wood processing plants, tobacco plants, paper mills, canneries, etc., evaluating the degree of risk of damage arising from normal perils and in some cases performing an evaluation of the assets at these facilities.
